Someone needs to keep a closer eye on the teens who hang out at the clubhouse in the evenings. I took my daughter to her Girl Scout meeting and some kids were blatently smoking pot in their car. Even when I stood next to the window, they couldn't care less.

I agree with you, this type of activity is illegal in ALL states and should NOT be happening in this neighborhood. I ask, where are the parents? Do the parents care about these children?

Don't know what's happening now a days, but it seems parents have ''confused'' their ''priorities.'' Everything else (except their children) seems to be more important. Just look around, and you will notice children using the neighborhood streets as their PRIVATE playground while cars are flying by.

Children are supposed to be a ''parent's'' NUMBER ONE priority and should always be under a parent's close supervision.Otherwise, we shall continue to experience the type of sad scene you experienced with those youngsters while you were being a GOOD parent and accompanying your daughter.

I think I would have taken down their license plate number and called the police with that information. In the long run, not only will you be doing a great favor to yourself and your family but also to this entire neighborhood,to the irresponsible ''Pot smokers'' and their parents.

Who is this ''someone'' to which you are referring? Seems like you didn't do anything to remedy the problem. If you're so worried about it, that ''someone'' should have been you. We don't have a neighborhood security officer. Typical...it's also ''someone'' else who should be taking care of matters.
