Dear Park West Residents:
We will be fertilizing your yards on Wednesday and Thursday of this week. This is a light winter fertilization that has an iron component. This is one of the few fertilizations that will need to be watered in after application.
As we do the application, we will be turning on your sprinkler valves manually for about 20 minutes. After this, you will need to water about 15 minutes for two or three days. Of course, if it is raining, this will not be necessary.
Also, Circle C Landscape would like to make a gift to the Park West Community for the holiday season. We would like to place holiday lights on one centralized tree in each yard in the community. Phase II has crepe myrtles near the street or the single tree in the center part of the yard. In Phase I we will try to do a central tree or major shrub in each yard.
We realize, of course, that everyone may not want to participate. Also, it will make the project more feasible if each resident could supply their own extension cord. If this is a problem, we would be happy to help out.
Please fill out the attached card and return it to the ''newsletter'' box at your post office. We will make a master list of all participants. We will let you know when the lights will be put up. Angel Garcia is in charge of all of the commons areas lighting and he will be doing this installation as well.
Thank you,
Susan Hoover
