Moving Onto the Greenbelt

common/greenbelt

Having not seen the swing set being
discussed, I wonder: is it inside the
common area, bounded by Tasajillo on
all sides? On my plat that area is
termed ''common'', as distinct from the
term ''greenbelt'' which actually is
outside Park West. Inherent in the
terms, I think, are the concepts of an
area to be used by all residents (in a
manner to be determined by them all)
versus an area set aside for nature.
I too would like to see the common
area be as natural as possible, but I
also would like to see all plantings
in the neighborhood be native
varieties, which many would think too
exclusive. Let's try to cooperate on
all ''common'' things, OK?

Good Point Karla

Good point. You're right, of course. There is a distinction between common areas and the green belt. And a little cooperation goes a long way.
not afraid

So your not afraid to put some time in? This from someone who won't type in their name?

The next ParkWest meeting is in October 2003.

At the meeting in October 2003 I'll be wearing wax lips and an ascot. Just so you know how to recognize me.
