There are 2 dogs that bark a good part of the day on Foxglove. Does anyone know if there is something that can be done about this? In my opinion, it's just rude of a homeowner to leave their home and let neighbors hear their animals make noise.

Worse than rude

The lack of consideration for neighbors is more than rude. The same goes for dog owners that walk their dogs around the common areas where they crap at will.(and there is a city law against that) if you see someone walking their dog and they don't have a bag along, they are guilty. If you're afraid to talk to the owner, send them a letter. If that does not help, call 311 and the police will come out.
This problem and so many others all come from the ''ME'' attitude that is so prevalent in our society.
