Jeannie is talking about the Circle C Neighborhood Link web site. Sal is the coordinator for it. In my opinion, it has been controversial.

I hate to see it deteriorate into a forum to bash our Circle C HOA and Circle C Landscape. I know that we have many serious issues to resolve, but it has gotten quite personal.

I think you will find it of interest.

Bashing

Most of the personal attacks, some going back several months, have only very recently been deleted. A few remain. I guess the site coordinator has exclusive power to make judgement calls and can leave up the attacks as long as she/he deems them to be of value. Really encourages the neighbors to participate!

Since I am the website coordinator and I donated 100's of hours producing & promoting the 2 sites (Parkwest & circlec.CC), I guess I have the right to delete personal attacks. Especially when I am asked by residents to do so. If you or the HOA provided this communication tool to the community, then I assume you would have the responsibility to make those decisions. Please note, there are 2 other web site coordinators for www.circlec.CC.

Many posts have been deleted because of rude comments from discussion users. All rude comments by others and only a couple emotional comments from me were deleted. My posts will always have my name on them. I decided on removing personal attacks from the site because it was getting out of hand. I have also deleted posts that have not gotten replies in over 2 weeks. Some resident have asked me to delete their emotional responses and I have deleted them also.

Misinformation was posted about an Auditor. When he emailed me and gave me the facts of what his role was in the audit, I realized the posts were not true and deleted the thread about him, and warned Lisa about this type of post.

The irony is, the post from anonymous could never have even happened, if I did not give this gift to ParkWest. Anonymous, you can be a website coordinator as well if you wish to email me, provide your name and invest time into your community as I have.
