i would like to know why both entry's to
are subdivision look terrible.
the weeds are growing in natural flowrs
have taken over its dry and bottom line
looks terrible. what is the board doing to give the entry's to subdivision some
much needed curb appeal. fossil ridge
entry doesn't look like ours. we have
300-500 thousand dollors homes in this
neighbor hood and lets keep entrys looking like some of our homes.
thanks

Gated Entries

The following reply is from both Jim Hinkel and Don Lane:

Buddy

Appreciate the feedback. Agree our entry areas are not very attractive.

Part of the problem is that we turned off the water during the winter to save money ($300-400 per month) and were late getting it turned back on. It's been on for about a week -- we now need see that the amount of water is enough to make it look nice.

Regarding the comments about the flowers: we are forming a Garden Club (see the latest Directory) for the specific purpose of taking care of the problem you describe. Our entrances were never planned to be like those of other subdivisions with lush grass and vegetation, waterfalls and facades. That was not put in place by the developer and such a transformation would be quite expensive.

We can create an attractive area around the immediate gate area and want to support that. Will you join us in this effort?

Again, we are late getting started. We'll be getting on with it soon.
