Children urinating outside

We as a family have observed on numerous occassions the children (boys) that reside at 5003 Teall Falls Ct. urinating in their backyards. Since numerous homes are in a position to see this filthy, unsanitary practice we certainly hope that you will do something about this immediately. These children will walk right out of their slider and stand at the edge of their patio and urinate. go figure. The oldest son has been observed coming from outside playing (perhaps at the basketball hoops) jump his fence and again urinate outside by the patio. I think that something should be done. We do not like living near people that live like this and don't feel that anyones children should be seeing such things.
