I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO UNDERSTAND ABOUT FORCLOSURES ON PROPERTIES BECAUSE OF NON PAYMENT OF DUES...I AGREE WITH THE PAYMENT OF DUES BUT IVE BEEN ASKING LOTS OF QUESTIONS WITH SEVERAL ATTORNEYS AND PEOPLE FROM OTHER SUBDIVISIONS..LETS THINK ABOUT THE FOLLOWING:
1.THE ATTORNEYS WILL BE PAID
2. PRO COMM WILL GET THEIR CUT
3.THE FORCLOSURES WILL BRING IN SECTION 8 IM SURE...HAS HAPPENED TO THE OTHER SUBDIVISIONS.
4.PROPERTY VALUES WILL SURE TO FALL
5.WE WILL GET OUR MUCH NEEDED POOL BUT WE CANT GO THERE BECAUSE THERE WILL BE UNDESIREABLES THERE BECAUSE OF SECTION 8

IM SURE ILL GET SOME UNINTELLIGENT SMART ANSWERS BACK...BUT I TOLD YOU SO JUST KICK BACK AND WAIT AND SEE...ITS GONNA HAPPEN AND IT CANT BE STOPPED.

So what do you suggest, we let these homes sit and look like section 8 anyway, because that is what some of those are looking like.

If they don't want to pay, they can go somewhere else.

And if everyone did pull together as an entire community I am sure we could stop that from happening but that is IF everyone DID pull together.

Yeah RESIDENT. The winning move is not to play. What movie have you been watching lately? I would rather see someone move into one of these homes and take pride in homeownership than to have someone thumb their nose at the rest of us by not paying their obligated dues. I remember the contract on closing day. Do you?? Unfortunately, many people got caught up in the big home buying frenzy a few years back and forgot to take into consideration that it takes more than just a monthly house payment to make a real home. Now its time to pay the piper.
