How many discussions are we going to have on the homeowners who are delinquent on their dues? Immediate action need to be taken! I will even pitch in for the legal fees. If these individuals are holding up thee progress of our recreation center being built, they need to be held accountable for their lack of responsibility. It is time to drop the gavel down and stop threatening these individuals. TAKE ACTION NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
