We weren't able to go to the annual meeting this year. Is there anybody who would be willing to tell those of us who couldn't attend what was voted on and what was discussed? I would surely appreciate it.Thanks.

Me too. I had planned to attend, but illness kept me away. Is there any way to post the minutes of the meeting or any kind of brief summary. Some of us just cannot attend and it would really benefit to have something like that on this website. Thanks.

If this happened then no one would probably show up at the meetings anymore and that would defeat the purpose.

Sorry you guys were sick or busy. As far as I know the last couple of meetings have been cancelled because the Office has been closed or no one shows up for these meetings but just the faithful few.
