IVE BEEN NOTICING THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE CUTTING THROUGH CREEKSIDE TO AVOID THE TRAFFIC ON WESTOVER HILLS AND CULEBRA. HAS ANYONE EVER ENTERTAINED THE IDEA ABOUT MAKING THIS A GATED COMMUNITY, IM NOT EVEN SURE IF THIS IS EVEN POSSIBLE BUT IT WOULD KEEP THE TRAFFIC DOWN AND THE RIFF RAFF OUT. I AM AWARE THAT IT IS NOT AGAINST THE LAW FOR ONE TO DRIVE THROUGH CREEKSIDE BUT IF A GATE IS EVEN POSSIBLE MAYBE IT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED.

agree
i couln't agree with you more, but then our dues would go up and in a gated community, the subdivision is responsible for the maintenance of the roadways inside the subdivision. we have a hard time as it is having people pays the dues now....appreciate your input....

Definitely Agree!!!
I also noticed the exact same thing. What makes it worse is that most of these people do not abide with the 30 mph limit. I've witnessed on several occasions people passing me up after entering the neighborhood from the Westover Hills entrance. I'm afraid that one of these days, someone might get hurt because these instances occur near the clubhouse/playground area, where many pedestrians hang out.
I agree that we need to have some measures in place to either discourage people not from this area to enter this neighborhood or to force them to drive within the 30 mph limit. I think we should have SAPD come out more often to perform speed traps. Hopefully, this would prevent people from using Creekside as a shortcut to Culebra/Westover Hills.

SPEED BUMPS
I THINK THERE SHOULD BE SPEED BUMPS
INFRONT OF THE CLUBHOUSE AREA AND ON ARCADIA CREEK, I THINK THAT WOULD DISCOURAGE SOME PEOPLE FROM TRYING TO HAUL TAIL THROUGH CREEKSIDE FROM CULEBRA TO WESTOVERHILSS OR VICE VERSA.... JUST ANOTHER IDEA....??
