Hello neighbors:

Just let you know that you better check your alarm systems. I've resided in Woodlake since 1994 and some of us have voluntaried switched into our third Security companies. If you was serviced by Entergy, you may have been dumped or disconnect from the system and paying for nothing.

Last Tuesday I happen to open my front door activating the system; waited for the ADT monitors to call by procedures, we did not get that call back. Come to find out that we have possibly been disconnected without being told and been paying. Currently, ADT is looking into(not holding my breath). At this point, I am about ready to submit for a class action suit on this company once I get some about the operation of this company. It has been brought to my attention that some of our friends has ran into the same problem as well.

You may want to trip your alarm(if you were a part of Entergy) to see if you are connected or under false sense of security.
