I'm looking for ideas for gaining and keeping members. What do you like about being a member? What do you not like about being a member? What are your thoughts about the low member turn-out we have at our events? What events do you come to or you would come to? What about the time of the events and the time of year? Keeping in mind that this is a volunteer organization who's board members have jobs and families, what would you like to see the board do for the neighborhood?
