i used to live in a duplex at 6154 richmond. the neighbors in the duplex next door to me had 4 very large dogs in a small backyard right under my bedroom window. the address was 6150 richmond. they drove me out of the neighborhood due to their barking dogs. i called the police on them many of times and the cops would not respond to a barking dog call. i took video tapes to the dog catcher and they also would not do anything. what can be done in a situation like this? have you gotten any complaints from this address? is 4 dogs too many? they were also not shelthered.
i know it is too late for me, but i was a member of the community and i could not get the city to act on a serious code violation. fortunately i was a renter and could move away. but it still cost me a lot of money and heartache. i would appreciate any input from this neighborhood, but not from anybody living in or owning the duplex at 6150 richmond ave. regards, bruce davidson
