What is the best way to encourage our neighbors to maintain their front yard?
We have a few neighbors whose front yard is half dead including grass and shrubs. This condition is bad for property values.
Is there a provision in the bylaws for the association that requires a homeowner to maintain their yard?

check the deed restrictions
The bylaws of Town Creek Homeowners Assoc. do not deal with the appearance of the houses. There is nothing in them. Check your deed restrictions but I don't think that there is anything concrete. That is one reason that we are trying to revise deed restrictions. This will be discussed at the Nov. semi-annual meeting. I agree that some lawns need to be updated, watered and maintained.
