They put a fence betwen houses and now the trash is dump at the street instead, what are i supposed to to about that!!

I think what the person was talking about was the fence that was constructed between my house and another, to supposedly keep people from dumping garbage behind the houses(really it;s because someone hates four-wheelers but anyway)now that the fence is up, people are dumping their garbage in the vacant lot next to the house not behind it. I assume the person that posted probably has a language barrier, I know there is a code compliance number but...I don't intend to stay up all night to catch the person to report them. I would also like to state after 9 years of 4-wheelers and dirt bikes entering beside my house and riding behind me, it still doesn't bother me. I think it's nice that families have the opportunity, maybe that's why some moved here, afterall, people move near a lake to have jet skis and boats, why is this any different? I really think we have more serious problems than that, like all the vandalism(if your cry wolf to much the police won't run when it's serious). I think a more serious problem is people putting signs in the middle of the street warning drivers there are kids at play(I thought the street was for cars, not kids and signs) yes, I'm sure of it, the backyard and the park is for kids, the street for cars, the woods for wild animals and ATV's, and Dirt Bikes. P.S. Thanks to the HOA committee members, I know your job is hard and strictly voluntary, I know your decisions aren't always popular, Lord knows there's alot I haven't agreed with, but I want you to know I for one acknowledge how difficult a task you have and although don't always agree appreciate what you are trying to do for our community.
