Im curious that I didnt receive any letter about the lease in the mail this week.How do we know if we are all eligible?. In May 2005 I signed a lease agreement with Dale operating Co., which I only received 100.00 siging bonus, plus royalties..I never saw another dime since the lousy 100.00..I live on Creede Trail..Anyone have any information about that lease, unfortunatly I have misplaced mine.

I too live on Creede and signed the same lease. I found my copy but am unsure of if the lease automatically expires after the original 36 months. I will go to the meeting on Saturday and see if anyone there can assist.

Until then I will read further because I want to make sure that this lease expires this May.

Yes, you already have a lease. You will need a new one when that one expires in May. Just go to the Saturday meeting and they can set you up for a new lease with a GOOD bonus.
