Has any one noticed all the yellow bags floating around the lots at the Dollar General?

I have not noticed a lot of trash/bags being a problem with Dollar General I think they have done a good job on making it look nice. What I think is dumb is residents who live in town lake that drive SUV's being lazy & just driving over the curb near our gate to come home instead of driving around.. How much time is really saved by doing that????
