Intersection of towne lake and lake path. The big SUV'S that park in the street and make it very difficult for the school bus to pass. What is going to happen if a fire truck or EMS needs to get thru. Why doesn't our wonderful management company do something about them instead of sending letter to people with basketball court in their yard. This is a safety hazard unlike trying to keep your kids safe and out of the park with the kids that are back smoking pot. If they would take more time addressing ''real issues'' they maybe would be worth the fee we pay them.

Letters should be taken with a grain of salt.
If something were really amiss the (ammissed one) can't come back and say ''Well they didn't get a letter for their basket ball court'' etc.

They have sent out before a letter or it may have been in the newsletter telling everyone to only park on onside of Lake Path. But everyone knows nothing is going to be enforced that is why no one complies. I live on Lake Path & pass by there to get home & it is to crowded right there. People with more than two cars need to clean the crap out of there garages & start parking there vehicles inside.... It would be to much of a courtesy though....

Correct Housing

Some folks are really thick.
Like they know that the house is too small for the vehicles they own. Or, too many kids and buying a small house because of''location'' and getting pregnant again, or its ''nice'' neighborhood. The ''thick ones'' at the corner are not the brightest light on the tree. Including the original owner who did the very same thing with all his vans. Its not until someone dies and someone files civil charges will they get the message.
