Two story?

The house with the sign that states:
Yard of the month
is the issue.
There are so many yards that are a bit more than fresh ''grass sod'' and nothing else.
Is it clear now?

The one with the Yard of the Month sign has always had grass, and the current grass isn't new. Is that clearer now?
