Eliminate the front gates

Posted in: Enclave at White Rock
As it seems that nearly every delivery, realtor & landscape company and friends have the pass code to get into the neighborhood, why not eliminate the front gates completely?

We would not have wasted the money to rework the turn around area and would not have to wait on the delivery people to enter the neighborhood, all while blocking traffic on Highland?

We could also get rid of the useless stop sign we have, as no one obeys it anyway.
As private property, no one is legally bound to stop.

I agree

You forgot to include maids, etc. It seems like the only people who don't have the gate number are the ones you wish did. It does, no doubt, keep some unwanted traffic out, but is it worth the hassle? I am not sure. I don't really see why there is a stop sign at Glenlivet and the street going to Enclave Way along the pond. There is seldom traffic on the street and it is obvious when there is.
