This weekend, there was once again a sign taped to the keypad with the gate code posted on it. I am concerned that perhaps many residents do not know how to operate the system. If you want to post a code, post your personal four digit # which is listed in the keypad directory. Then when that # is punched in, it rings your phone, you then punch 9 on your touchtone phone and the gate opens. The person coming in need never know the actual code that opens the gate. We do not appreciate the gate code being posted for every in the world to see. Are new residents being given information by SBB on the operation of the gate?
