Has anyone seen a female tan and white cat in the area? I was wondering if she's a neighborhood kitty or a stray. There's an eight-digit code tatooed in her ears: 6246-1387 (or 1387-6246, depending upon which ear you read first); no collar. She visits my yard often and if she's homeless I'd like to find her somewhere to live permanently.
