The fountain, whether you wanted it or not, was at least going to enhance the value of our community. Well in fact,it cheapens all of our properties; having a puny fountain were a grand one should be (if any at all). The fountain detracts from the value of our properties because it is not the right size and someone seeing a second-rate job, sees a community that does not go first-class. SOLUTION: If you can't get our money back, move the current fountain into the smaller pond, so it proportionately will be more suitable and put a grander-one (if we must have one)at the entry-view pond. Please do not continue to cheapen our beautiful neighborhood.

I Like The Fountain
I happen to think the fountain looks great. I applaud the nine neighbors on the landscape committee who selected it, and agree with the eight other board members who approved it. I certainly appreciate the viewpoint of the few folks who have expressed other opinions, but realize we will never have 100% agreement on anything. At least the others had enough conviction to actually sign their name to their opinion, instead of hiding behind an anonymous attack.

I like it also!
I like the new fountain. I flew over head the Enclave on the way to work today and you can see the fountain on climbout. Thank you, to the people on the Landscape committee who gave their time and effort.

Ditto
I personally think the fountain looks fantastic. I also express my appreciation to the members of the landscape committee who thoroughly and extensively researched the fountain. I also agree with the other board members who approved the fountain.
I do not think the fountain looks out of proportion with the size of the first lake, and I think the fountain adds value to our development. I do not think the fountained cheapened our development.
