Clean Up the Neighborhood
|
We recently got rid of Don the tyrant in High Country. Now if we can get rid of Staubitz (the little tyrant) of Fox Run, we can start getting somewhere in cleaning up these neighborhoods!

I TOTALLY AGREE!!
Tom Staubitz is one arrogant SOB. He's an expert on everything! Tom, do our neighborhood a favor and resign. He's known for all his politician a-- kissing. We don't need people like you running associations! We need honest, tough minded individuals who will fight for our neighborhoods! |

Don is not gone
We did not get rid of Don. He is still on the board serving as political coordinator and secretary and doing a wonderful job. The members of High Co. didn't get rid of someone they disagreed with, they got involved. The current board has 8 active members who try to work together. If you are unhappy get involved in the decision making process. After all who elected your "tyrant"? By Paula |

Hello, I don't care about all the politics surrounding a voluntary association I want a neighborhood that comes together on issues effecting every single one of us. I ask everyone this, would you want a crack house as your next door neighbor? How about section 8 rental properties? Or what ever might find its way in to our little piece of San Antonio. I don't think anyone would. Now my questions is how do we revitalize our association and start mandating some of the rules that should be on the books. Because if affirmative action is not brought up to speed, all of us home owners are going to suffer. I was told that section 8 rental housing was against Fox Run association rules? Can anyone tell me if this is true and if so what can be done about it? I will start there! Please reply asap. And lets work together to address the important issues before it is to late. |
