I thought there was something in the annual report where he denied that he was taking a real estate course. Then we learn of a deal where he starts his own realty company and later buys some land from Circle C Realty Corp. While maybe not a conflict of interest (who knows without more facts), on its face this sure doesn't pass the smell test.
I don't like it at all.
