Well - Here's how I see this. The (bylaws) committee is a creature of the Board of the CCHoA. They are NOT in a position to call for a public hearing. I want to see the report and answer some of the questions BEFORE anything is brought to the public. This is NOT the PTA. The Board makes the decisions. The Board can solicit input, but we will not have a ''democratic vote'' on how we will modify the bylaws.

I know there is a correct way to remove the current BOD. What is it?

2002 CPA Audit

Our governing documents promise us an independent CPA audit.

Our CCHOA has been around for more than 15 years. Only 2000 & 2001 have been audited. That is 2 years out of 16 years.

Where are the rest?

What if a BOD got an audit done and didn't like what they saw?

How would the residents ever know if the BOD hired another auditor and it was done twice and ''fixed'' up?

Ask the ''misinformation center'' for the January minutes and you'll see the 3 BOD hired an auditor in JANUARY of 2003. TEN MONTHS AGO! I think our governing documents promise us a March delivery (at the annual meeting).
