While scanning through the current CCHOA ''Voters List'', it is obvious that there are properties and home owners listed that have less than 500 or even 0 votes !?

The Voters List is complied using last year's Travis County Central Appraisal District value, and then that value is divided by $100. If you recently moved into a new house, only your lot value may be used $40-50k(which would limit you to only 400-500 votes). The average house is entilted to somewhere between 2200-3200 votes.

If you haven't paid your CCHOA assessments, you will not have any votes, either (for not being in good standing). If these records are not current when you go to vote on HOA business, you won't be getting what you are entitled to. It's worth checking into.
