Villages of Western Oaks HOA,

Tonight the chair of CCHOA Stratus Ad Hoc committee, Andi Roucsh claimed responsibility for negotiating the reduced hours of operation for HEB, as well as all the other 29 points your HOA produced over the past 6 months of negotiations with Stratus.

Even though the CCHOA calendar (http://www.localendar.com/public/CCHOA) still shows a 7-9pm meeting, O'Reilly reduced the meeting to just over 1 hr. When Stratus/HEB finished their presentation, our HOA did not allow those attending the meeting to speak. Paper was passed out for any questions. Some of them were read out loud by O'Reilly and answered by Stratus within about a 10 minute period. Then O'Reilly shut down the meeting, stating other questions would be placed on the CCHOA website.

Did you know HEB will build another store less than 1.5 miles away from 103? It will be built, in the near future, directly across from the Seton Hospital.

Response from Villages of WO

This is an email response from one of the key Villages of Western Oaks HOA members who negotiated the 29 points with Straus/HEB.

?•They started meeting with Stratus/HEB about 1/2 year ago.

?•CCHOA had its first meeting last night.

?•The Zoning process begins this month or next.

Sal,

Andi or anyone else can claim what they want, but Paul Tesluk and I know how much time went into the project, with emails to support it. At least our neighborhood was informed about the project details last fall at an open meeting. Andi may have worked on some of the same points, they are fairly basic.

It really doesn't matter to me. I don't do what I do for political gain or any other reason other than I feel that the neighborhoods and recharge zone need a voice, however small it may be.
