(1) Who has signed the contract with UT? Gary Bradley's Phoenix Holdings?

(2) Is the old swimming team still using our pool for pratice?

(3) Can homeowners still use the swimming pool daily? How much space is reserved for the homeowners?

Swimming pool cleaning with Commercial Chemical (2002): $20,612

Pool Cover: $12,461
This was half the cost of the pool cover purchased in 1999 BEFORE we homeowners received the ownership.
