Mr. Rigsbee,

As I prepare for church, I'm moved to comment on your arrogant ''cowboy'' attitude. Your views on what is appropriate for a director to communicate certainly does not represent my husband, my two children or myself, nor any of the neighbors that I hold near and dear to my heart.

It's the year 2004, and we need people in director positions with more character, professionalism and tact than you have to offer. Please refrain from embarrassing yourself and our community further.

What on earth are you talking about when you say:

Are you actually trying to get people to believe that I invented the voting structure for our CCHOA? You wouldn't possibly be attempting to mislead anyone into thinking that I was responsible for drafting and adopting the CCHOA governing documents that Gary Bradley and Steve Bartlett came up with in 1988, would you, Ken? You wouldn't be making an attempt at character assassination would you, Ken?

And what on earth do you intend to convey by writing:
''in the event that I elect to forgive and forget all of the personal challenges, character ASSIGNATIONS ...''
