Total amount of the property taxes paid for the above three vacant lots in 2002 was $1,530.41, CCHOA's Check #005809.


Dear Board of Directors:

I am inquiring on behalf of all the Circle C homeowners regarding the above property taxes payment.

According to the Texas Secretary of State that Webb Troup Enterprises, Inc. had changed the name to Jimmy Evans Family Partnership, Ltd. on 6/21/2002.

Would you kindly explain to us, homeowners, why our hard-earned money is being used to pay someone else property taxes? We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Another friend of Bradley?

I believe the Jimmy Evans business is another friend or associate of Bradley. I seem to recall that the Jimmy Evans company has some presence just south of Circle C on 45. They also do some type of site work for developers, such as grading or lot prep.

Surely there's nothing to be suspicious of here, right, since Bradley is a developer and Jimmy Evans company works in the development business? Hmmmmm.
