Dear residents:

Circle C North is signing a petition to be removed from the CCHOA roles and create our own HOA. Circle C North HOA, CCNHOA will be our new name, and the fees will remain the same; however, the 150,000 to 250,000 that Circle C North now contributes to CCHOA can be all ours and to use as we the homeowners see fit. Currently, the only services provided to us by the current CCHOA is the flowerbeds at our entrance on Barstow, and it's certainly does not cost over a few thousand dollars to maintanence this area ourselves. We can organize a new pool for our subdivision and have plenty left over to buy the land in front of our subdivision and 350 foot buffer behind Colberg Drive, so that CCHOA BOD does not sell us out again. Since we always have to fight our own battles with Stratus Properties, why not choose our own destiny and off the current board and create our own HOA. Our life here will improve 100%.

Therefore, please sign the petition when it comes to your home and we can win against the special interests of the current CCHOA.

Circle C North

I understand your frustation. Friends in your area have voiced their disatisfaction with CC BOD from early on.

You may not have a case since every homeowner in CC was required at closing to sign a written agreement topart of it and to support it. Moving may be your only option.

Moving is not the Only Option


Moving is not the ONLY option; booting our current Directors out of the board is a BETTER option.
