Dwayne was given the authority?

Dwayne Dow is a perfect representative of the board. He and the other bullies (the BOD) need to go. Period.

Dwayne and the board think they own Circle C. They feel they have the authority to do anything they want. When if fact, the City of Austin says, they DO NOT have the authority to even remove signs. That includes their opponents political signs. It's time for more accountability, better communications and an overall transparent HOA. Having 9 board members will get us on the right track.

9 people representing 3,000 is not too many. Anyone who tells you different is not being straight forward.

Don't let the board trick you with splitting your vote between the menu of 3, 5 or 7. Vote 9 so your vote counts. The Bylaws Committee GROUP VOTE is big. Join that group vote and ensure change happens.

It's time for Circle C to be run by the residents. It's only fair, since we pay about 96% of the 1.5 million dollar budget. Go Vote Tuesday! Vote for Change!

O'Reilly did leave

Wherever he went (Florida sounds right)he couldn't make it and was back in less than a year, I think. Once he got back he wrote the ''Circle C Song''. Maybe he'll sing it at the meeting.

Cause any dumb#*@ knows that a person in a public place taking someone else's property in plain view for all to see would have to give their permission to show a video. There are significant privacy interests at stake.
