Given the blow up from last year's election, isn't there some risk that there will be another lawsuit over improper counting of the votes and proxies????? Who will be counting the votes/proxies? What security precautions are being taken if members ''drop off'' their proxy in the office by the mail center? Do we know whether precautions are being taken so the dropped off proxies are not being ''filtered''? Looks like there already are some potential problems under way.

Plus, I thought the amendment on increasing the board was supposed to be either the current number or 9? Now it seems we have the board recommending 5 because they know a majority of residents are going to vote to increase the board, and increasing to 5 is a way to try to keep control of the status quo. Very disingenuous.

Why is the board is so determined to keep its iron fist on controlling our neighborhood?

BOD uses Bait and Switch

The BOD published a list of 7 By-Law changes, which are NOT the By-Law changes recommended by their own ad hoc committee, nor are they they same By-Law changes produced in the petition that was accepted by them in November's directors meeting.

What did they do ?

They drew up 7 By-Law proposals that appeared to be similar and then the said that they couldn't support any of them ?


Was that just too clever, or do they just enjoy wasting YOUR money on propaganda?



Now, folks, we have 3 different sets of By-Laws that have been proposed:
1) The original from the By-Law comm.
2) The 6 on our petition
3) The 7 the BOD made up.


You see what has happened ? Our clueless BOD has only created more confusion.
