Are you dissatisfied with the actions of our current CCHOA Board of Directors (BOD)?

Are you dissatisfied with significant conflicts of interest and unethical actions by the current BOD?

Are you dissatisfied that you haven't seen audit results for 2002, when the 2003 audit is nearly due? Do you know for sure where your money is going?

Are you dissatisfied that the BOD haven't acted on proposed CCHOA Bylaws proposals submitted by the appointed Adhoc Committee on Bylaws?

Are you dissatisfied with no playscape equipment for your children to play on in Circle C?

Are you dissatisfied with the BOD actions regarding the lawsuit? The expenses weren't covered by insurance due to actions by the BOD.

Are you dissatisfied with the BOD now suing Gammon for expenses they should have had covered with appropriate insurance claims and coverages?

Are you dissatisfied with the BOD actions in Wal-Mart versus HEB? Are you dissatisfied with a lack of community discussions or town-hall meetings called by the CCHOA BOD?

Are you dissatisfied with general lack of communications by the BOD?

Are you dissatisfied the BOD haven't continued the March, 2002 election? They blame ''the lawsuit''. That's an excuse. They can move forward if they wanted to. Are you dissatisfied with these actions?

HOW DO YOU SOLVE YOUR DISSATISFACTION?

VOTE THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEMBERS OUT OF OFFICE.

ACCORDING TO THE CURRENT BYLAWS, THE CCHOA MEMBERS CAN VOTE THEM OUT OF OFFICE WITH A SIMPLE MAJORITY VOTE. NO SPECIAL MEETING IS REQUIRED. You don't need the proposed revision to the Bylaws to vote the BOD out of office.

IF YOU'RE WILLING TO VOTE THEM OUT, LET ME KNOW.

dues. so you have no votes.

i went to the town hall and saw the latest voter list.
you were not on the voter list since you have not paid
your dues. so if you signed the petition to expand the
bod, you have no votes. if there is a vote to expand
the bod, you have no votes. if there is a petition to
get rid of the bod, you have no votes.

I want to explain to all of you why I have stopped paying association dues. Since I could not force Gary Bradley and the Board of Directors to treat the common area at Edwardson Cove like the rest of the common areas in Circle C Ranch ?– installation of ground cover and sprinkler system, I decided to stop paying association dues. On September 18, 2003, I sent a letter and a photo to our BOD as follows:

NO LANDSCAPE, NO PAYMENT

Dear Mr. O?’Reilly, Mr. Bartlett & Mr. Rigsbee:

I will pay up my association dues as soon as the landscape on the common area at Edwardson Cove is complete. Attached is a photo of this piece of raw, weedy, and messy land.

If you put a lien on my property, I will see all three of you in the Travis County Justice Court. This is my promise to all of you, and I always keep my promises.

How sad that I can?’t vote to oust our BOD any more. But, it does not mean that I couldn?’t participate in getting rid of them. I WILL CONTACT DISTRICT ATTORNEY?’S OFFICE MORE OFTEN. I WON?’T QUIT UNTIL JUSTICE HAS BEEN SERVED! It is my promise to all of you, and I always keep my promises.
