My ''Don't be Misled'' post was made after reading Voss's Post. Why not you two read Voss's above post first and then read mine.

I didn't say let the developers do whatever they want. You put the words in my mouth, Sal. I said let H.E.B. decide what size of parking lot they should construct. H.E.B. must have done a residential population study based on the number of the homes including future new homes around this area before making that decision. I just wonder why would a company intentionally to spend more money to construct a larger parking lot than it needs? It just doesn't make any sense.

Sal, you keep comparing the Brodie/William Cannon H.E.B. with this new, future store. How much do you know about the density of the residential population of these two areas?

The only way you can convince and make other people going your way is to provide PROOF, PROOF and more PROOF!
