2002 CPA Audit...where is it?

In our governing documents it states that every year the books will be audited by an independent CPA. Our CCHOA has been around for more than 15 years. Only 2000 & 2001 have been audited. That is 2 years out of more than 15.

Where are the rest?

Our Bylaws........


According to our Bylaws, Page 6 and Item (d), an annual audit of the Association books to be made by a public accountant at the comletion of income and expenditures to be presented to the membership at its regular annual meeting, and deliver a copy of each to the members.

Now is already July. How long we have to wait for the reports?
