Does anyone use a house cleaning service that is GREAT? I am finding that most I have tried are not consistent and really only do a surface cleaning. I am looking for a high-end service team or a private person that is willing to WORK. I also am willing to PAY!

Any names & numbers would be helpful.

My experience of house cleaning


House cleaning is a manual, boring work; no one would enjoy doing that. House cleaning maids are working for $$$, not for the fun of it. If they get paid by hours, they would do a slow, but not necessary thorough job. If they get paid by each job, they would work fast and sloppy.

So, after several disappointments, I chose to do my own cleaning. I don?’t clean my whole house in one day; it is just too boring and too tiresome. Instead, I divide it up into several parts and spend no more than two hours each weekend doing the cleaning. It is not fun, but it is a good exercise.

I am now waiting for someone to invent a house cleaning robot. If it can do a good job, I would purchase one regardless how expensive it is.

To be frank, I found that it was a lot more interesting of digging the dirt out of our BOD than dusting and mopping.
