While not a normally one to worry, I have some serious concerns about my recently delivered voting form. Does anyone else find it funny that the ?“cover sheet?” requiring your signature is also the proxy form to give away your vote to Mr. Bartlett?

I mean all the board needs to do is receive your voting packet, pull off your cover sheet, mark an X by Mr. Bartlett?’s name (you have already signed it) and toss your votes in the garbage. Mr. Bartlett now has a stack full of valid, signed proxy forms and you are standing by wondering why things didn?’t change.

Lots of risks

There are a ton of risks in this mess they have put together.

Exp: One mistake on the two parts of #2 and your vote means nothing, unless you vote for no change. Start talking with your nieghbors. There's talk of voting in a very consistant manner. Stay tuned to this website if you want change.

Fix our HOA

To vote for change, let's vote the same.

The special CCHOA meeting that you received a package for, was the result of hundreds of your neighbors that signed a petition to put these amendments in front of all of us, to ''fix our HOA''.

On all amendments, vote: FOR.

Many of the suggestions the board makes in the ''member guide'' they sent in your package, are flawed, since the board has not abided by their own rules. Voting the right way, will give the residents of Circle C the control of the BOD, and heal our community.

Vote 9 board members.

What other HOA's have:

Lake Point 900 homes 7 board members
River Place 1,000 homes 9 board members
Travis Country 1,525 homes 9 board members
Circle C 3,000 homes WE NEED 9 board members

More chaos, not clairity we need

I had to pull my package out of the garbage - we thought it was junk mail. (Then again, maybe I was right the first time....)


If I didn't own stock and get that helpless felling every year when the fund managers send out their rigged PROXIES, I might not have expected this sort of response. This is NOT what the CCHOA/Gammon arbitration agreed on at all. Of course, CCHOA sent it out BEFORE the agreement was signed.


YES, the DID CHANGE the proposed BY-LAWS that their own committee forwarded to them 6 months ago. (Shameful)

YES, it's confusing as heck

And, NO, there won't be any election for the open position for Steve Barlett, and that action is premature, since the By-Law changes are going to require a larger scale election.

If I had to bet on just one BY-LAW change, it will be the one to expand the current board to 9 members, ASAP !


However, just as important, we need to adopt the ETHICS POLICY and insist that all BOD members be current residents of Circle C Ranch, in good standing. (Steve Bartlett does NOT live in Circle C, although I wouldn't put it past him to list a Circle C address for an empty spec home. After all, Gary Bradley owns Streetman Homes).


DO NOT SEND IN YOUR BALLOTS OR PROXIES !!

If you can't attend this CCHOA members meeting, then sign the PROXIE over to a trusted neighbor, myself, or anyone else you trust. We will vote for you in a block, which will be easier to audit and to count.

My position is to vote for ALL the By-Law changes, and for a full 9 member BOD.

CCHOA can not be trusted with you vote and believe me, we'll need an audit if they try to count those votes up on their own or even using Bradley's account firm, Giles & Shea. Would YOU want Denise Nordstom or Don Abrams counting your votes ??
