Thanks to Bill Gammon's frivolous lawsuit, somebody else is going to have to sue the BOD to force them to the hold an election.

Quit Blaming Gammon

It isn't a frivolous lawsuit if you prevail. He clearly did on some points. Gammon has simply asked that any election be conducted promptly AND FAIRLY............He shouldn't be demonized for it.

If the BOD wants to have an election, have at it........The Court, for the most part, has said what is permissible and what isn't....Stay within those parameters and you shouldn't have a problem.....
