The Cove Condo Association

I want to put some rumors to rest. I spoke again with Pam Lawson from the Managment Co. Great conversation.

Ms. Grden is in no way related to anyone from Lacrosse Homes. Lacrosse Homes signed over the association in October of 2007 and adopted a 2008 budget the includes all fees. There are no additional fees for anything. The $150 is all inclusive of all services. I am having a budget emailed to me if anyone wants me to foward them a copy.

There is a notice going out announcing a meeting on February 23, 2008. At that time nominations will be open to elect board members.

This management company only handles our financials, but the fee covers our services for maintenance of common grounds, electric and taxes

She does live in Orchard Hills. I still find this very very distubing that she never responsed or notified anyone of information involving the community that she also lives in. (very strange...doesn't sound right) Don't know who said she was related to someone in Lacrosse.
Can't wait for this meeting..

Yes she does live here. She may not know about the website or wish to get involved with the postings. Her company issues the offical notices not this website. Lets not get ridiculous.
