The Hammocks

First, I would just like to thank the people responsible for putting this together.  My fiance` and I think that it is a great idea.  Maybe now, as a group, we can get stuff done in our neighborhood.

Evry time we call the HOA with a concern we'll get a verbal response that sounds good, but nothing ever gets done.  We would just like to ask.  Why are meetings at 4:00?  Can't they make them later in the evening, or on a weekend?  People do have to work!

Again, thank you for starting this website.  This is awesome, hopefuly we can make a difference.

I asked Lee Polk this same question. Th people on the board are appointed by the builder. Unfortunately they both live out of town. They can schedule the meetings when at times that work best for their schedule allowing them time to get home. 

The meeting times are out of our control but hopefully through this site, and as we add more people, we will be able to communicate concerns that we feel should be heard at the meetings and those who are able to attend can speak for us. 

I know it's not the answer we wish we all had but we do have options now
