I noticed a few people posting great info and discussions but I don't see them under neighbors. Make sure when you sign in, scroll down and look for meet your neighbors on the right side of the screen, click "add yourself" and become a neighbor .

Hi my name is Marianne and my husband is Frank we purchased our townhome in November and have spent time between our home in NY and here since then. We have been down here since August 27th and plan on spending more time in Florida within the coming year. We would like to come to the next meeting I haven't heard of a new date, so if someone can keep us informed we would appreciate it. There are a few things that we have noticed that I see is getting better, such as people picking up after their dogs and not walking them within my yard area. Also the empty lots being mowed. I did one day stop the landscapers and ask why they are not mowing them and then the next week they did, so we are appreciative of that, as it makes the community look nicer when it is maintained.

Wondering if we ever have any get togethers as neighbors, everyone is nice enough but it seems like everyone just keeps to themselves. Being new to the Tampa area my husband and I are in the market to meet people and know our neighbors. I love that there is this web site to see and hear what others have to say. Again please keep us informed. Thanks
