Count me in!  We need to get some control as soon as possible, and the finances are an important area that we need to have some say in.

I am a renter. But I fully agree with everything you guys are saying and I know my landlord agrees to. I, too, spoke with Lee Polk regarding the dog waste and dogs not on leashes. I had suggested putting up those waste baskets with the baggies. But like you I haven't gotten a response. I actually posted the city ordinance regarding dog waste and the fines involved by the mailboxes. It seems to be better on some streets but the one that really kills me is people who let their dogs poop on the sidewalk. Again, if people knew the vermin dog poop brings to your neighborhood they may not leave it lying around. Rats, etc.

I also agree that renters should get a copy of the HOA rules - I asked for them, again, via Lee Polk.

I am willing to volunteer my time to help distribute any fliers or signs or participate in any community meetings on behalf of my landlord and as someone who wants to live in a nice community.
