Here's a good question ---
Who is actually in charge of the HOA ? Where is our money actually going ? Because I for one am not seeing it in any of the landscaping by the now-gone front sign for Oakwood Village, in the constant jungle growing in the vacant areas - in the lack of response to phone calls made to the association....etc. etc.
Does anybody know who we can call to complain to ? Is there a type of thing set up for situations like this in the County, City or even anywhere ? or are we just basically being swindled ???
