Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do about Halloween and informing residents to make sure their children are escorted by adults when trick or treating and to remind them to not let their kids litter with candy wrappers. I hate to be a party pooper. But the obsessive compulsive in me is already a tither on the thought of the trash that will be splayed about the streets come Sunday morning.  I am hosting a birthday cookout for my brother and will undoubtedly be out there picking up trash prior to my family arriving for lunch. Is there a way to get a notice out to the communities perhaps a Halloween Safety Tips type of thing?
