The Hammocks

Are any of you HOA Board Members or know anyone who is on the HOA Board? Andy who runs the CDD for THe Hammocks works in the office right next to mine and he said he would like to talk to the board about the community issues, etc and possibly talk about switching from Greenacres to Severn Trent since they already run the CDD.

The HOA board members are appointed by the developer. We do however have one homeowner who is on the board. I can't think of his name at this moment but if you e-mail Lee Polk, and I will too, she should give you that information. He will be able to help us out. Again, I'll let you know what Lee tells me. 

This was Lee's reponse:

"Board members usually do not like to be contacted at home. If you want to contact a board member, please let me know by e-mail or mail and I will forward it to them."

I understand about the board members not wanting to be contacted from home. Again, we do have one member of the community on the board I am just not aware of their name. They would be able to help answer a lot of questions and perhaps help us get in contact with the other board members. 

Opps...I actually did get the name though. It's David Kravetz. I've seen him at board meetings, seems like a very nice guy. I don't have his 

e-mail or anyting but he may be one of your neighbors :). He is who represents us on 

the board along with the other members who are appointed by the developer.
