I would say you do a lot of research of the REAL cost. Insurance, inspections, and I'm sure there's more. HOA fee are high already and this would make them go higher. And for those complaining about people not watching their kids this will make it go higher as those same kids will now be hanging at a play ground, breaking it instead of the gate.
