Any other homes experiencing 1st floor cracking that is visible in the kitchen / bathroom?  How about outside on your porch and / or steps leading to your front door?

I haven't had anything that hasn't been there for a long time.  Nothing new.

Hi all, I too have cracked tiles downstairs. All by the pillar walls between the kitchen and hall and the hall and eating area. My guess is that it is caused by water heaving up from under he slab. The drainage system used is not doing the job. Back patio is cracked as well

Have you tried dealing with the Warranty company or had anyone try and come out to solve this problem?  I have had the floor fixed twice and it continues to have issues.  Even my contact with the Warranty people has stopped returning my emails.  Any ideas or solutions you have used that I should know about?
